  10. considering giving the shareware edition of WinCharging to a 
  11. fellow shareware enthusiast.  [Casual users are defined as those
  12. individuals who do not fall into the Vendor category, and who
  13. try shareware programs solely as a means to obtain low cost
  14. software for personal use.]

  19. WinCharging is protected by U.S. copyright laws and inter-
  20. national treaties.  Unauthorized use, distribution, or repro-
  21. duction of this product may result in severe civil and criminal
  22. penalties.

  24. The SHAREWARE VERSION of WinCharging may be distributed by 
  25. casual users as long as it is done in the manner prescribed in
  26. the Shareware Distribution Rights defined below.

  31. This is the "try before you buy" Version of WinCharging.
  32.  
  33. It is a full-featured, fully functional program that you can 
  34. test on your computer for three months.  After that period 
  35. you can continue to access your existing records, but you 
  36. will not be able to create new records.

  44. ONLY the Shareware Version may be distributed, and it must be
  45. distributed in its complete form.  This includes, but is not
  46. limited to, all of the files necessary to install and to run
  47. WinCharging properly, as well as the program's Help files,
  48. the concomitant shareware text files, such as LICENSE.TXT and 
  49. PURCHASE.TXT, and any files deemed necessary by My Little 
  50. Realm Enterprises.  The complete list of files is fully 
  51. enumerated in CONTENTS.TXT.

  53. As a general rule, you should pass along a copy of the 
  54. shareware edition you purchased from your disk vendor.  If 
  55. you downloaded a copy of WinCharging from a BBS, you should 
  56. pass along a copy of that ZIP file.

  58. Under no circumstances should you attempt to copy the expanded
  59. WinCharging files from your hard disk and give those to your 
  60. fellow shareware enthusiasts.  WinCharging must be installed 
  61. correctly if it is to run properly.  You do your friends a 
  62. disservice by giving them incomplete copies of any shareware 
  63. program.

  94. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New
  95. Jersey and shall inure to the benefit of My Little Realm 
  96. Enterprises and any successors, administrators, heirs and 
  97. assigns.  Any action or proceeding brought by either party 
  98. against the other arising out of or related to this agreement 
  99. shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent
  100. jurisdiction located in Bergen County, New Jersey. The parties
  101. hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
